ULTRA TN SCREEN

This product is an inclined solid/liquid separating screen with a sales track record of more than thirty thousand units as of today as remover of SS(suspended solids) in treating waste water.
It is useful for the purposes of separation, concentration and recovery in relation to production as well as wastewater treatment.

THE PRINCIPLE OF A FLAT SIEVE

This equipment is a fixed solid/liquid separating unit which collects on the screen foreign particles that are about half the slit width or larger from slurry by the‘Half-Cutting Principle’.
Its features are reduced clogging because of V-shaped slits and the flat screen surface which together allow the collected particles to slide down the screen smoothly and be dewatered effectively. Efficient solid/liquid separation is made possible with it.

ULTRA TN SCREEN N-TYPE (STANDARD TYPE)

Lot production is adopted by simplifying its structure. As a result, low price and short delivery are made possible.
Automatic high-pressure water cleaning equipment can be mounted as option. Larger sizes can be made (up to N-3000 Type).

ULTRA TN SCREEN CL-TYPE (CLOSED TYPE)

Odours and water splashes are shut in.
With a built-in scum basket, collected solids are not exposed. Automatic high-pressure water cleaning equipment can be mounted as option.

AUTOMATIC HIGH-PRESSURE WATER CLEANING EQUIPMENT

Problems such as sticking by collected solids on the screen panel and clogging are solved.
It can be mounted on the front side, the rear side or both the sides of the unit.

SCUM BASKET & PAN

These are the scum basket & pan which collects separated solids.

CUSTOMIZED CONSTRUCTIONS OF ULTRA TN SCREEN (EXAMPLES)

Constructions of Ultra TN screens as exemplified below, on top of N-Type and CL-Type, are available.
Constructions can be customized to meet customers’ requirements, making the most of Toyo Screen Kogyo’s long accumulated experience and expertise depending on the application conditions at wastewater treatment plants and factories, and on functions intended and applications.
